Il y a un an avait lieu la nouvelle version du Marni Jazz Festival :#wildopen. Parce qu’après des années d’exploration centrée sur un instrument, la programmation prenait le large pour des horizons où la boussole indiquant une liberté à 360 degrés. On est ravis et excités de présenter l’affiche 2025 qui suit la même avidité de découvertes audacieuses, d’aventure avec pour base le jazz, poreux comme une éponge.
Une soirée sur deux est une carte blanche ✪ : enivrez-vous avec les saxophonistes Fabrizio Cassol et alejandra borzyk, vibrez avec le batteur Antoine Pierre.
En ouverture, le pianiste et chanteur Grégory Privat (Django d’Or 2024 en France) présente son nouvel album en tournée, bercé par sa culture afro antillaise. Vous avez un faible pour les voix ? Ne manquez pas la bruxelloise Jazmyn, rnb et soul et la gantoise An Pierlé en quartet jazz qui sauront vous toucher autant de délicatesse que de présence.
De la musique pour rassembler, s’évader, inspirer à l’unisson.

Een jaar geleden werd een nieuwe versie van het Marni Jazz Festival gelanceerd : #wildopen. Na jaren van verkenning, gecentreerd rond één instrument, zette het programma koers naar horizonten waar het kompas 360 graden vrijheid aangaf. We zijn verheugd en enthousiast om de line-up van 2025 te presenteren, die dezelfde gretigheid voor gedurfde ontdekking en avontuur volgt, met jazz als basis, poreus als een spons.
Om de twee avonden is het carte blanche : laat je bedwelmen door de saxofonisten Fabrizio Cassol en Alejandra Borzyk, en tril mee met drummer Antoine Pierre.
Pianist en zanger Grégory Privat (Django d’Or 2024 in Frankrijk) opent de avond met zijn nieuwe album on tour, gesust door zijn Afro-Caribische cultuur. Heb je een zwak voor stemmen ? Mis dan Jazmyn uit Brussel niet, met haar rnb en soul, en An Pierlé uit Gent, in een jazzkwartet, die je zullen raken met hun fijnzinnigheid en aanwezigheid.

After years of exploration centred on a single instrument, the programme set sail for horizons where the compass indicated 360 degrees of freedom. We’re delighted and excited to present the 2025 line-up, which follows the same avidity for daring discovery and adventure, with jazz as its base, porous as a sponge.
Every other evening is a carte blanche : get intoxicated with saxophonists Fabrizio Cassol and alejandra borzyk, and vibrate with drummer Antoine Pierre.
