Six chorégraphes, cinq créations traduisent une expérience humaine collective dans cette nouvelle édition du D Festival du 3 au 13 avril 2024 au Marni et au Senghor.
Voyages migratoires, explorations émotionnelles et identitaires brutes, résistances solidaires : les artistes, pour la plupart aussi interprètes de leurs pièces, témoignent d’un solide ancrage dans l’ici et maintenant, projettent un meilleur demain, révèlent une danse engagée, dans les corps et les idées. Youri de Gussem, Fanny Brouyaux en solos, Léa Vinette en duo, Nadine Baboy invoquant la poésie et la musique, Hippolyte Bohouo mettant en scène deux interprètes et Maria Eugenia Lopez en trio accompagnée d’un batteur sur le plateau ouvrent une fenêtre sur la danse pour les passionnés et les curieux. Une sélection de chorégraphes de la Fédération Wallonie Bruxelles soutenus par deux scènes interdisciplinaires.
En 2024, le D Festival se tiendra la première quinzaine d’avril, prenez un PASS 2 spectacles !

Zes choreografen en vijf creaties weerspiegelen een collectieve menselijke ervaring in deze nieuwe editie van het D Festival van 3 tot 13 april 2024 in de zalen Marni en Senghor.
Migratiereizen, ruwe emotionele en identiteitsverkenningen, solidair verzet : de kunstenaars, van wie de meesten ook performers zijn in hun eigen stukken, zijn stevig geworteld in het hier en nu, projecteren een betere toekomst en onthullen een dans die zich inzet voor lichamen en ideeën. Youri de Gussem, Fanny Brouyaux in solo’s, Léa Vinette in een duo, Nadine Baboy die poëzie en muziek oproept, Hippolyte Bohouo met twee performers en Maria Eugenia Lopez in een trio begeleid door een drummer op het podium openen een venster op dans voor gepassioneerden en nieuwsgierigen. Een selectie choreografen van de Fédération Wallonie Bruxelles ondersteund door twee interdisciplinaire podia.

Six choreographers and five creations reflect a collective human experience in this new edition of the D Festival from 3 to 13 April 2024 at the Marni and Senghor venues.
Migratory journeys, raw emotional and identity explorations, solidarity-based resistance : the artists, most of whom are also performers in their own pieces, are firmly rooted in the here and now, projecting a better tomorrow and revealing a dance that is committed to bodies and ideas. Youri de Gussem, Fanny Brouyaux in solos, Léa Vinette in a duo, Nadine Baboy invoking poetry and music, Hippolyte Bohouo featuring two performers and Maria Eugenia Lopez in a trio accompanied by a drummer on stage open a window on dance for the passionate and the curious. A selection of choreographers from the Fédération Wallonie Bruxelles supported by two interdisciplinary stages.
