Anu Junnonen et Tuur Florizoone forment un duo musical unique depuis 20 ans. Leurs concerts sont connus pour leur mélange contemporain de jazz, de folk hip, d’émotions profondes et d’humour.
Les origines finlandaises d’Anu se ressentent clairement dans ses compositions. La collaboration avec l’accordéoniste créatif et virtuose Tuur Florizoone est donc faite sur mesure pour elle.
Tuur est un touche-à-tout musical qui a marqué de son empreinte de nombreux projets impressionnants. Aujourd’hui, ces deux talents unissent leurs forces pour enregistrer le résultat de plusieurs années de collaboration dans un nouvel album.
La collaboration entre Anu et Tuur a débuté lors de leurs études au Conservatoire de Bruxelles. Avec le groupe « aNoo », ils ont sorti deux albums ensemble : « The Luckless lands of the North » (Homerecords 2007) et « Sinipiika » (Prova Records 2011). Ensemble, ils ont donné une centaine de concerts.
Forts de ce lien étroit, les deux musiciens explorent aujourd’hui de nouveaux jeux, de nouveaux mots, des acrobaties risquées et des combinaisons audacieuses. Jazz, improvisation, folk, techno ou tango, tout est source d’inspiration.

Anu Junnonen en Tuur Florizoone vormen al 20 jaar een uniek muzikaal duo. Hun liveoptredens zijn bekend van een eigentijdse crossover tussen jazz, hippe folk, diepgaande emotie en een portie humor. De Finse origines van Anu laten zich duidelijk voelen in haar composities. De samenwerking met de creatieve en virtuoze accordeonist Tuur Florizoone is dan ook op haar lijf geschreven. Tuur is een muzikale duizendpoot die zijn stempel heeft gedrukt op tal van indrukwekkende projecten. Vandaag bundelen deze twee talenten hun krachten om het resultaat van jarenlange samenwerking vast te leggen in een nieuw album.
De samenwerking van Anu en Tuur begon tijdens hun studies aan het conservatorium van Brussel. Anu Junnonen and Tuur Florizoone have been a unique musical duo for 20 years. Their concerts are renowned for their contemporary blend of jazz, hip folk, deep emotion and humour.
